I have always seen on TV when someone says that the meal they just ate really hit the spot. I have never had that experience. Except for when I ate my busupshot and curry goat from Ali's. Every tim.

I admire this restaurant! They have splendid dishes, their menu is nice, The cook in that spot is very trained, I like very much tasting all their food. The dishes are always of high qualtity, the service towards the customers is friendly. I go often to this place and I was never unsatisfied. I highly recommend it.

The customer service here was horrific and they do not deserve to be in business!!! Not only do they have terrible customer service, they're not clean. I saw the older lady bringing orders outside to people's cars and then come in and start serving right away never changing gloves. There were also guys entering in and out of the kitchen from blue hill ave. None of them had on mask or gloves, they were all eating and appeared to be drunk....only on Blue Hill Ave....smh

Expect something to always be unavailable. This time it was tbe goat and it wouldve been 2 hrs until the next batch. You'll wait in a line that's not moving for reasons that defy logic for food that's just ok. The buss up shot is perfect but I find the sides and meats just to be lack luster. The portions are huge. Definitely recommend sharing a plate or roti-rito as I like to call them. On average it's 12.5/plate after all the fixings which may seem pricey but you can eat for 2 meals or 2 people for 6.25. When you think about it like that it's priced well.

Ali's Roti is the best! The Shrimp Roti is one of my favorites. This is my to go place. Food is worth the price. Owner is very hospitable. One of the best person around.

Ok I have been ordering from Ali’s for a while now and but Some of the men in there are so rude I have never had a restaurant hung up on me before bad for business in this time I hope they don’t put him to do phone calls because they will lose a lot of customers

It is not for you if you don't like West Indian food, it if you are willing to try it, try something small. It won't disappoint.

The meals I've had here are hearty and healthy like your mom cooked them . . . If your mom was from West India. The rotis are amazing when drenched in sauce from meat or vegetables.

Service is slow, so if you want to eat here plan accordingly. When you eat this roti, you will swear your in Trinidad. The flavor of the roti is like no other, from fresh hand crafted bread to the savory toppings that follow makes this flavor blasting roti everything. No where in Boston will you taste Trinidads finest Roti but at Ali's Roti. The sandwich is huge! Just make time to go because good slamming food takes time. Man, this Roti is delicious, and I'm speaking in present tense cause I only ate half and I'm full. My friends parents put me on and I'll definitely be doing back.

The food is just “okay” but the Customer service is horrible the woman who answered the phone is extremely rude and disrespectful

Food is always on point. Place is clean and the workers are polite. Plates are a good size. I only eat chicken so that's the only thing I can comment on...the sides are delicious and always a good variety to choose from. Thanks Ali's for making my day complete with this meal.

Bad customer service . I was there recently and this lady with long eyelashes was very rude when I was saying what I wanted to order . She pretend to not hear me when i kept saying to her i wanted something on my roti and she just ignored me and wrapped my roti. So I complained to the owner and nothing happened. I will not be coming back .

This spot clearly knows how to serve their customers. Always with a super friendly demeanor. The food is fairly priced, regularly fresh and clean.

No chicken, no beef, no goat, no shrimp roti after waiting for 30 minutes and it was only 6:00 PM on a Saturday.

Love Ali's roti the people are so friendly and nice. Hopefully I will be enjoying my roti come Saturday. Yes when I come in town my go to spot. It's 11:47 pm and I'm in my bed daydreaming about Ali's roti wishing it was less than 20 min instead of over 1hr drive.

Great food, need to be served faster because of the double parking. The workers are very professional, respectful. I love the place, happy they are in the neighborhood.

good food but be careful of the leaky plates. i would not open the food until you get home or you will have a mess all over your car seats maybe They will in the future get clear plastic to start wrapping some plates that contain a lot of sauce
